D'Good Cafe Review

This has got to be one of my favourite cafes by far. Absolutely in love with the interior decor, the whimsical swings and super romantic alfresco rooftop area. Great for proposals - especially at night!

Service was good too! The barista gave me an adorable bear latte art upon request.

The Eggs Benedict (pictured above) was up to standards with an awesome tangy hollandaise sauce and perfect runny poached eggs.

However, the brownie cheesecake was a little disappointing. The brownie layer tasted more like chocolate sponge cake. The midd-ay tea set was worth it though - just $6.50 for a cake and a cuppa coffee/tea.

Their french toast (photo above) was fluffy and fragrant. Not too eggy or oily. In the beginning, i thought stuffing french toast with blueberry jam and ham was weird but i changed my mind after sinking my teeth into this sinful indulgence. It was a perfect combination! The fruits also went well with the toast! My only grievance is that the french toasts were small and couldnt fill me up.

Love the spacious area and also the fact that they allow students to study in peace on the top floor. Free Wi-fi provided - a plus point for tourists and students.
